The Ahimsa Mahotsav Nepal, a three-day festival promoting non-violence, compassion, and veganism, will be held in Kathmandu from August 28 to August 30, 2025 (Thursday through Saturday). Organized by the Nepal Vegetarian Association, the event will take place at the Nepal Police Club, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. 

This free public event aims to encourage behavioral change and raise awareness about sustainability and cruelty-free living through a diverse range of educational and entertaining activities. Attendees can expect live musical performances and flash mobs, engaging workshops and seminars, insightful conferences, plant-based cooking demonstrations, vibrant cultural displays, cruelty-free food vendors, discussions on ahimsa-based entrepreneurship, policy talks on animal rights, and relaxing yoga sessions.
